McPherson Design Group provided structural engineering services for this project in 2013. This project included a 60,500 square foot, multi-story, 50 room expansion to the existing Navy Lodge in Rota, Spain. The project also included the demolition of 4 tennis courts and the addition of a new parking lot with 72 parking spaces. The expansion was designed to meet USGBC LEED Silver Certification. The estimated construction cost for this project is around $17.5 Million.
